These SMS Terms describe how Handled may send text messages when you interact with our services or submit information that includes your mobile number. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What messages are for

Depending on how you use Handled, SMS may include:

  • Customer support,
  • Onboarding and setup,
  • Demo scheduling and demo or sales follow-up when you ask to learn more,
  • Missed-call follow-up,
  • Booking or appointment-related updates,
  • Other reasonable service-related communication needed to operate the Service.

Messages are tied to your request or your use of the service—not unsolicited bulk marketing campaigns. If we introduce optional marketing texts where a separate opt-in is required, we will make that clear at the point of consent.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and settings.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out

You can opt out of Handled SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message from us, where supported by your carrier and message type. After you opt out, you may not receive further SMS until you provide consent again in line with applicable rules.

We treat phone numbers you provide according to our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
